I ...Glad to hear that your electrolytes are normal. I read somewhere (but of course I cannot find that particular reference now) that too much salt is not good for cancer patients. Excessive dietary salt has been linked to stomach and other types of cancer, and those studies are all over Internet. In fact, I have my sodium, potassium and chloride levels checked once a year. They have always been within the normal range but sometimes a bit on the high end, so I am careful not to use too much salt in my diet. I use herbs for flavoring, as much as possible.
