My HDL was in the 60s before I began taking curcumin. It is now in the 80-90 range. And my bad cholesterol is down by 50-60 mg. I would add that if you can collect rain water and filter it, then drinking the water would really have a benefit... much of the commercial water lacks the ionization to help re-charge your blood. It also helps you eat less and lose weight as you are filled up.<br /><br />2.
